Who we are

God Save the Sport (GSTS) is the data controller for this website and for the GSTS apps. Contact: support@godsavethesport.com.

The GSTS app

• The app reads your workouts and health measures from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android), only after you allow it, and only the types listed in the app.
• It calculates your figures on your phone. Your health data is never sent to us or to anyone else: there's no account, no server and no analytics in the app.
• The app never writes to Apple Health or Health Connect and never changes your data there.
• When you export your data, the file is created on your phone; where it goes is your choice.
• Your health data is never used for advertising, never sold and never shared.

Purchases

GSTS Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google process the payment under their own privacy policies; we receive no payment details, only the confirmation that the purchase is valid, checked on your phone.

Store statistics and crash reports

Apple and Google may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics (downloads, countries) and crash reports, only if you allowed sharing them with app developers in your phone's settings. They contain no health data.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies.
• Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page) for security for a short time; this is our legitimate interest in running a safe website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• If you write to us, we use your email only to answer you and delete it when it's no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and to object. Because the app keeps your data only on your phone, you control it directly: deleting the app deletes everything it stored. Write to support@godsavethesport.com for anything else. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Age

GSTS is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above, and the app shows the change before it applies to you.
